Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager that's ready to take on new challenges and lead our high performing development team. You'll be responsible to successfully deliver software development projects from start to finish following our development lifecycle. Our flexible work environment requires someone resilient to change, open to learn and comfortable in a collaborative setting.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables for software development projects.

• Collaborate with senior leadership, clients and staff to develop detailed project plans.

• Coordinate internal resources to deliver and execute projects on-track.

• Manage changes, risks and roadblocks using an agile approach.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, client and stakeholders.

• Lead and motivate team members, actively develop a healthy company culture.

Qualification Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Project Manager or similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management or a related field.

• Strong understanding of agile methodology and scrum. Certifications preferred.

• Excellent English and Thai language proficiencies.

• Experience using scrum management tools, Clickup preferred.

• Basic understanding of software development, frameworks and cloud services.

• Positive mindset and willingness to learn as part of continuous improvement.
