As we continue growing in Thailand, we're looking for a Business Developer who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

Your Role

As our Business Developer, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Thai market.

You'll identify opportunities, build relationships with local businesses, attend networking events, generate qualified leads and work closely with our technical team to deliver the right solution for each client.

This is not a cold-calling role. We focus on relationship building, consultative sales and becoming a trusted technology partner.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities within Thailand
Build relationships with SME owners, startups and corporate decision makers
Attend networking events, business communities and industry meetups
Prospect through LinkedIn, referrals and strategic outreach
Qualify leads and understand business challenges
Introduce our software development and outsourcing services
Work with our technical team to prepare proposals
Follow up on quotations and negotiations
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events
Represent We Do Dev Work professionally both online and offline

Requirements

Must Have

Thai nationality
Fluent Thai and professional English
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives
Strong networking abilities
Self-motivated and proactive
Organized and goal-oriented
Valid driving license (preferred)

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B sales
Experience selling software or IT services
Existing business network in Bangkok
Knowledge of CRM systems
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Understanding of digital transformation or software development
