Transforming PUT-IT-ON Into a Premium Executive Ecosystem

When PUT-IT-ON approached WDDW, the platform already had ambition, vision, and a strong long-term idea behind it. But there was one major challenge: the outside perception did not yet match the level the platform wanted to operate on.

Potential members did not immediately understand what made PUT-IT-ON different from traditional business platforms. The branding lacked the exclusivity and international credibility needed to attract high-level professionals, and the overall user experience did not yet reflect a premium environment.

The mission quickly became clear:

Transform PUT-IT-ON from an open business platform into a highly curated international executive ecosystem.

We started at the foundation by completely rethinking the positioning. Through extensive research into internationally recognized premium brands, luxury positioning, and institutional trust psychology, we redefined how PUT-IT-ON should be perceived in the market.

This transformation went far beyond visuals alone. We developed a highly detailed international brand book designed to protect the platform’s premium identity as it expands globally with country managers leading regional growth. Every detail — from tone of voice to visual consistency — was created to ensure recognizability, credibility, and long-term scalability.

At the same time, we completely redesigned the platform experience itself.

Every customer journey and member interaction was analyzed and rebuilt with one goal:

Make the platform feel effortless, modern, and premium.

From onboarding flows and navigation structures to visibility settings and member interactions, the entire UX/UI was redesigned to create a smoother and more intuitive experience.

On the technical side, the platform was fully rebuilt using the latest modern technologies. We integrated Twilio video communication, Stripe payments, automatic translation across 12 languages, AI-powered writing assistance for optimized SEO, and developed more than 10 new platform functionalities. Advanced package-based visibility systems were also introduced, allowing members greater control over how they appear within the ecosystem.

To complete the transformation, WDDW also developed the full relaunch strategy, including print and digital promotional assets, social media materials, and launch communication designed to position PUT-IT-ON as a serious premium international platform from day one.

The result was more than a redesign.

PUT-IT-ON evolved into a globally scalable executive ecosystem with stronger positioning, a premium international identity, improved member experience, and a far more credible market presence.
