Web Developer with Shopify experience

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with strong expertise in Shopify to join our high-performing development team at We Do Dev Work.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building scalable, visually appealing, and high-converting e-commerce experiences while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and apps to deliver exceptional online store experiences.
• Implement advanced front-end features using JavaScript and/or PHP.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into high-quality web solutions.
• Optimize site performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
• Document processes, architecture, and technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with API integrations, headless Shopify setups, or custom app development.
• Understanding of modern build tools, version control (Git), and cloud hosting environments.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience with Shopify development (themes, Liquid, metafields, custom scripts).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or PHP.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of English (Thai is a plus).
